Tracker Video Analysis of Falling
This is an analysis of the rate of a falling orange per second, using the Tracker software program. The video is shot at 30 frames per second, and it takes about 9 frames for the orange to travel from the apex to contact.
Your Tracker data looks good and the plots are fine. But I think that your camera's frame rate is only 15 fps since the orange falls for 8 frames in a time of 0.5 seconds. If possible, for your next assignment either use a camera with a higher frame rate or be sure to jump as high as you can to get as many frames as possible (but don't hurt yourself!).
